I hold a Master of Arts in Reading degree from Austin Peay University and went to the University of Tennessee Southern for my undergraduate degree. I’m looking forward to a great year!! "

"My name is Mrs. Hannah, and I am thrilled to be teaching 6th Grade ELA and Social Studies this year! I have six years of teaching experience in 3rd and 4th grade and hold a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am passionate about building relationships with students, making learning engaging, and helping them develop a love for learning.
When I'm not in the classroom, you can find me spending time with my husband, Zachary, and our three children—Stetson (4), and 1-year-old twins, Tulsa and Grady—on our family cattle farm. We enjoy being outdoors, caring for our animals, and making memories together. I can't wait to meet my students and their families and make this a fantastic school year!"

Unity would like to welcome Mrs. Savannah Ray to our school family! She will be teaching 4th grade math and science. Mrs. Savannah says, “Hi, I’m Savannah Ray, and I’m so excited to be at Unity this year! I recently graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in English as a Second Language (ESL). As a former student at Unity, I’m thrilled to be back and can’t wait to see what this year has in store!” Welcome, Mrs. Savannah!

Chunky Monkey will be at Unity School on Thursday, June 18, to celebrate the end of Summer Learning Camp!

Congratulations to the 2026-27 Lady Lions and Lions Basketball Teams! Practice will be held tomorrow evening (Monday, May 11). • Girls: 5:00 – 6:30 PM • Boys: 6:30 – 8:00 PM There will also be a mandatory parent meeting for both girls’ and boys’ teams at 6:30 PM tomorrow evening. 🩵🦁🏀🩵

LEAPs, after school tutoring, and basketball tryouts are being cancelled this afternoon due to the threat of inclement weather. Basketball tryouts will be rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Thank you!
